We offer personal training for recruits of all levels wanting that complete one on one attention. We recommend this for recruits with special medical needs or health issues. Personal training is also good for recruits training for specific races (biathlons, triathlons/ adventure races) or any other specific event. We will provide you with the instructor best suited for your needs.

Our boot camp classes push you to the physical limit, that’s a fact.  However, due to medical needs, health issues, or focused training desired by recruits, boot camp can be tailored to individual fitness levels.  That is why at Pure Power Boot Camp, we offer one-on-one, personalized training.

Do you have a medical condition that prevents you from participating in traditional fitness classes?  Do you avoid the gym because you are embarrassed by your appearance? Well, if you answered yes to any of the above, then our one-on-one personal training is for you.  With our personal training, your medical condition is not an issue as you set the pace while your drill instructor keeps you motivated.  If you avoid the gym because of your appearance, you will not be embarrassed for long as we guarantee your look will change if you stick to the plan.

Depending on your specific needs, we will pair you with one of our active duty or former military trainers who are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals.  With one-on-one training, you are the focus.  It will not be easy, our drill instructors are tough, but your safety is our priority and we will make sure we work with you every step of the way.  Your drill instructor will tailor a program specific to your needs, including weight loss, strength training, and endurance.  If you are preparing for a race or other physical challenge event, our personal training will get you ready

Your personal drill instructor is not just your trainer, but also your teacher.  It is their job to get you in shape to reach your personal goals, but also to educate you along the way when it comes to health and fitness.  We not only want you to see results, but to understand how you achieved them.  Our customized nutrition plans are an integral part of your overall training, and we will make sure you learn how to not only exercise properly, but eat healthy as well.
